We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Rental Clerk to join our dynamic team!

On a daily basis, you will have to :
- Greet customers with professionalism and courtesy;
- Advise customers on the equipment and vehicles available according to their specific needs;
- Present the features and benefits of the products offered for rental;
- Ensure rigorous monitoring of reservations and returns;
- Check and clean equipment before and after rental;
- Ensure customer satisfaction by offering personalized and quality service.
Your profile :
- Experience in customer service or rental (an asset);
- Good knowledge of recreational and/or motorized equipment (a plus);
- Comfortable with computer tools for managing reservations;
- Organizational skills and team spirit.
